Create the next FOSS4G NA Design

Over the last two years, we have received numerous positive comments about offering multiple designs for people to purchase through our merchandise store on Redbubble. People have bought t-shirts, totes, puzzles, and more featuring the official logo, as well as the numerous alternate designs we have made available.

This year, we are hosting a design contest to engage the community in both creating and voting on the designs that will appear in the shop. Our goal is to allow our community to contribute to the fun atmosphere we have all come to expect at FOSS4G NA. The prize for this competition is bragging rights and a copy of a puzzle featuring your design.

Once all the submissions have been gathered, we will open community voting to determine the winner.

All submitted designs:

- must use a square canvas with a 13500 × 13500 pixel maximum

- must be submitted as a PNG or JPEG

- need to include any or all of the following themes

  - Geospatial Technology

  - Open Source Community

  - The National Capital Region

- Resilient Technologies

- must be original work (Please, no AI)

- must follow the OSGeo Code of Conduct

Only one submission per person will be accepted. The winner does not need to attend FOSS4G NA to submit a submission.

08/17 - Community voting ends
08/20 - Winner announced
