Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by October 19, 2026 will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds are not available after October 19th, however substitutions are allowed.
Hotel Booking
The conference is being held at the Sheraton Grand, Sacramento - a booking link for the conference block of rooms will be available soon.
Transportation
The closest airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF), about 15 minutes from the venue by car, with bus service running hourly between 6am and 11pm from the airport to near the venue (14th and L).
Additionally, the Sacramento Valley Amtrak Station is along the transcontinental Amtrak routes and is within walking distance of the venue.
The venue is located on Sacramento’s downtown grid with food options for many cultures and dietary types within walking distance. Sacramento Regional Transit’s buses run regularly within the grid and are accessible for wheelchair users. Accessible door to door ground transportation is available for eligible riders.
