The closest airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF), about 15 minutes from the venue by car, with bus service running hourly between 6am and 11pm from the airport to near the venue (14th and L). Hotel shuttle is not available from SMF.

Drive times from the Bay area airports are highly dependent on traffic conditions, but are around 2 hours in heavier traffic. It is possible to make the trip with a mixture of BART and Amtrak as well.

Trains

The Sacramento Valley Amtrak Station is along the transcontinental Amtrak routes and is within walking distance of the venue. The Capitol Corridor runs between the Bay area and Sacramento. Recent review of the service here.

Additional routes that stop in Sacramento include the Coast Starlight (Seattle-Los Angeles), the California Zephyr (Chicago-Emeryville), and the Gold Runner (Bakerfield-Sacramento).

If you are arriving into SFO, you will need to connect to Amtrak via the BART.

Caltrain provides commuter rail service along the San Francisco Peninsula, through the South Bay to San Jose and Gilroy. Connections are available to a variety of other transit systems, including Amtrak to connect to Sacramento.

Local Transit and Accessibility

The venue is located on Sacramento’s downtown grid with food options for many cultures and dietary types within walking distance. Sacramento Regional Transit’s buses run regularly within the grid and are accessible for wheelchair users. Accessible door to door ground transportation is available for eligible riders.
